The store had minimal options. I went with my husband, rare!! Only left the store with one (1) clip charm. Not happy, I am a new owner and collector.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase and service provided by Leylani. Awesome sales person!!! There was another sales associate (possibly manager) that was very rude but I did not catch her name. It’s only highly unlikely that I will return in the next 90 days simply because this particular store is in Texas and I live in Michigan.

I thought it was frustrating to stand in line outside. I was in line for over 35 minutes and spent about 5 minutes in the store picking out what I wanted. I thought it was unnecessary to wait outside while people spent so long making choices in the store. Especially since I knew what I was looking for. Some people simply go in to see what is available and take a long time while others want to be in and out.

When i walked in only one persons was on the floor. Others were talking amongst themselves in the side room. They didn’t acknowledge me coming in to complete covid process. Lastly. when she did see me she was kind and friendly. But couldn’t find the harm i wanted until 20 minutes later.

I love pandora products but I believe is people wants something don't tell them what they womt hear. She wanted me to keep a bracelet that was small for my wrist. I felt uncomfortable

In general the associates kind of ignored me. I’m a nurse and was wearing work clothes so I felt they didn’t give attention because they felt I was just window shopping. Until Ricky came out onto the floor and immediately greeted me and was personable, respectful and knew the merchandise well enough that what I told him what I was looking for he was able to make excellent suggestions. I even bought something extra I hadn’t planned on because he was able to dial in to what I wanted. He was a pleasure
