I visited the Pandora at memorial city Mall in Houston to get one of my Pandora bracelets cleaned and she never gave me a copy of the bracelet (which I never knew of) until I went to galleria to get my other bracelet cleaned and the service was better

I Was Highly Satisfied WithMy Visit To This Store Is Really Clean And Very Good With Customer Assistance. It Was Pack At First But I Didn’t Mind Waiting My Assistant Was Very Nice And Helpful

Most importantly the store was clean and the staff wore mask.

The two of the pieced I purchased were very dull. I thought the sales person would have polished everything before boxing them up but she didn’t.

The system at the store had an issue with its system for payment, we did try 3 credit cards we kept on using AFTER our visit in Pandora, and your system would not take it. We had to pay cash (over US$800!) and they did not even offer us a discount. Not a very commercial attitude....

I wasn’t satisfied with the person assisted me . She was rushing me an she was not helping me find what I was looking for I had to keep asking her questions an minimum answers.

I was very satisfied, I just do not live in this area and will most likely not be returning to this location.

The charm was okay Prices went up on charms Sales not really a sale
