I made and order and the associate cancelled an item saying it wasn’t in stock when I went to pick up remainder of the order I was told by another associate that that item was indeed.. and I had to pay separately ..problem resolved but the male associate that filled the order should have known his merch and wouldn’t have had this issue

She was not friendly..She seemed irritated and annoyed the whole time She helped me..I am visiting this store for the first time..I’m from Tennessee so I liked my purchase just not the experience

It was a black Friday sale although, its the busy time of the year. The associates helped me through parade of other customers, just that it took some time to do so.

I felt like the associate did not really understand me but eventually she was fine. I wish there was a 5.5 size option ring as well and 5 was too tight and 6 was too loose. Additionally, pandora usually gives a new piece for whatever was purchased, I was given the display version.

The associate moved my charms from the old bracelet to the new bracelet. When I got home, I realized my santa snowman charm is missing. The store was unable to locate it.

The first sales associate that helped me was not very informative or knowledgable herself on the charms for the Reflections bracelet. She stated she had only been there for less than a week, which is totally fine, but I would think if this is her job she would have looked into studying or learning herself on her own time about the pieces more. I returned dissatisfied with the quality of the charms and was helped by another associate who was very helpful and understanding, and patient.
