There were 3 sales associates on the floor. All were a different race than me. No one even acted like they were going to help me. I actually finally asked for help. I spent $450. The gal Who helped me was pretty new and very sweet. The others who were more seasoned employees, were not interested in helping me.

Good selection for a small store in a busy mall. Only location in the area that has travel jewelry box. Wait wasn’t long but I was there at opening.

I’m highly satisfied with Samira’s assistance however I’m not satisfied but how her coworkers work. Handful of them are just talking to each other and doesn’t care about the customers. This is not the first time I noticed this but every time I visit the store.

I visited the Houston location while on vacation and I was looking for a charm specific to Texas. There was only one charm available and it was plain and mediocre and definitely not worth $60. The representative was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she greeted us right away upon entrance.

Por qué existe poco personal en la tienda para atender la demanda de tanta gente en la tienda no llevan un order para atender al cliente, no están organizados para la búsqueda de llaves y abrir y cerrar los cajones una de las sharps no me lo puede llevar por que no encontraban una misma pieza de este para que se sosteniera en la misma pulsera y tuve que llevarme la que si lo tenía en los precios estaban desorganizados por qué no sabía todas las promociones que tenía para ofrecer al cliente y tuve yo misma buscar mi promoción
