well i went in looking for an anniversary gift for my mom and found the perfect charm and bracelet. also the ladies in the store were very patient with me and my sisters cause we were overly excited and couldnt quite choose just one perfect charm each. in addition, they kindly wrap each charm seperatley which seem like a lot to ask for i know but we wanted our mom to be really surprised and they also help us with setting up our pandora credit card. i really love my experince here and will actually be returning tomorrow to finish buying the rest of my moms gifts ❤❤❤

The store in which I purchased did not have many options of charms for my bracelet, I also did not receive a bag or box which my purchase, although I did wear it out the store.

Pienso que deberían tener descuento y promociones para los compradores , que la atención al cliente sea mejor y te muestren todas las opciones que tiene. Que la limpieza de las joyas siempre esté disponible ya que siempre que compro jamás está habilitado.

I needed to replace a damaged charm. The charms warranty expired on 3/9 so because it was 3/11 the manager declined the exchange. The sales associate replaced it anyway after i expressed my frustration.

I had a broken charm and my warranty expired on 3/9 the manager decided not to honor the warranty because i was a few days outside of the warranty. Very disappointing
