The customer service was very helpful. I’m very satisfied with the lady that helped me with the exchange. Her name is Candace.

Deka was very nice she greeted us when we walked in and it was my very first time in store. I asked her a couple of questions then said we will be back like did I know we were back less then five minutes later and I said excuse me we are back and she laughed and then I asked her if I can see her rose gold section so she showed me everything she had and she never once rushed me if anything it was my fiancé that was rushing me lol. She showed me the bangle and the other bracelet and she put charms on them to see how they look and I was sold with the snake chain bracelet rose gold of corse. Now it was time to shop for a charm and so I asked my fiancé to pick one for me and so he did and them we heading to check out and this other lady said awe is this your very first Pandora bracelet and I said yes and she said cool. I mentioned to deka that I will be back because I want to get my mom a birthday present and mother’s da gift and she said great and so I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is interested in purchasing pandora. I received exceptional service from the time I walked in the door - name was put on a list because it was a little busy. Navidh assisted me with picking out the charms and also I have a wish list based on additional recommendations; charms that we looked at.
