I researched the item the day prior. I had take taken a picture of the item and it was in stock. Associate showed similar charms but I liked the one I picked out initially.

It was very quick

Even though I visited the Houston Galleria Pandora store during a promotional event and on a holiday, the associates were very attentive to the fact that customers were waiting. Once I was called upon the associate was very patient and was more than willing to show me and suggest pieces. I left the store very happy with the entire experience.

The selection of charms was excellent of course. The sales associate directed me to the Disney charms. And, I was able to find just what I was looking for!

I was highly satisfied because the sale representative was very attentive. Not only that, but she really tried to make sure that I was pleased with everything before making the purchase. She made sure to keep us happy and satisfied with our purchase.
