I found a clearance ring, and its hard to find items that are on sale for a 5 days and find it ! She also assisted me showing me different sizes and designs! She also informed me about the return of a ring if a gem falls out! Efficient, informative, genuine, a true business lady! and amazing! I didn't have my receipt since the merchandise I had was a gift but the sales associate was very kind and made sure I was satisfied with my return. I asked a lot of questions and she answered every one. The return process was quick and painless.

She kept people apprised of how close they were getting and that helped a lot. the sale member I had was also friendly, polite and helpful. She didn't know an answer to one question I had but she promptly got the answer! Considering it was the evening of Dec 23rd, I don't see how it could have gone better.

I got my girlfriend a really nice Christmas present. Me being a guy I figured it would be hard but it was very easy to find and choose what I liked and they were very helpful I immediately got help as soon as I walked in.
