The products/jewelry purchased are beautiful and the sales associate was knowledgeable. She was able to answer my questions and provide my solutions. She also provided helpful suggestions.

This is my first time purchasing a Pandora bracelet.The lady that was helping me was very knowledgeable about the bracelet and the charms !I learned a lot and traveled back home searching the web for more charms to add to my new bracelet!I am also purchasing one for my daughter soon.She loves it !

Grabriela was amazing ! I came wanting to do and exchange that was past the 30 day exchange policy . She made an exception and let me exchange my bracelet . She was So professional and friendly . Because of her exceptional service I will definitely come back to shop . Thank !

I'm highly satisfied with my Pandora experience since I had the opportunity to get really pretty items for a very reasonable price!! Hope you guys can keep this prices and the quality of the jewelry! My experience in the store was good, but online I didn't get an email stating if my order had shipped or not. Probably will call to figure it out! Overall I like Pandora jewelry!!
