I really appreciate the friendliness of my sales associate Nikkia was excellent. She did what she could to help me with getting the best sales conducive to my pockets (smile)! Thank you. The manager was also nice and welcoming.

I walked in and was greeted and helped right away the sales person maria T took her time and was very helpful and patient with me it was my first time in pandora and i was looking for things to buy for my daughter and wife n mother and maria took her time to help me I will definitely b back thank u mari!

Location, quality, and selection of items. The only thing I was not to happy about was that they did not want to exchange a duplicate item I purchased in London even though it was within 10 days of purchase and I had original receipt.

Mainly because I was given help when I told the employee that I was looking for a gift for my mom, the employee took all of her options and fell in love with two and with help of two employees!! I decided which one was perfect. I already own a ring and I knew that the necklace I chose for my mom would ve high quality, so I don’t mind the price at all! I think it was an awesome price for high quality.

I came in and was greeted with beautiful smiles right away. Everyone I asked for assistance and opinions from were very friendly and genuine.

I had the most amazing experience with my Rep. Gabby, the warm, caring and courtesy approach from the phone call to the entering of the store location as a new costumer of Pandora I will return as a shopper. Ms. Mason
