I love Pandora and always is a pleasure to visited de store or the webside. I highly satisfy with both.

Candace the store manager was amazing! I went in to look at the ladybug charm because the ladybug has a very special meaning to me and my Mother. She showed me a few bracelets to go with the charm and I decided on the rose gold. This was my first Pandora purchase and definitely will not be my last.

I was looking for a bday gift for my friend. She sent me a picture of what she was looking for. A sales analyst has assisted me to put it together as the way she would like.

Found the products i was looking for quick. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved my new charm bracelet and charms! I’ll be back for more!

I frequent this store often, but the customer service I received on Saturday was outstanding. I had several questions and concerns about the item I was looking for and my sales associate, Nikkia, was very helpful. Although she wasn’t sure of some of the answers to my questions, she was nice enough to step out of the conversation and reach to her store manager and tell them about my concerns. She then came back and was able to answer them. She was very helpful and I purchased the item I went in for after all.

Michelle was very attentive and answered all my questions. She also gave me insight on promotions and deals going on in the store. She helped with my decision as well.

This was the last minute thing my daughter in-law Birthday so not knowing she loves Pandora so got what she loves I was out of there in 15 minuets thank y’all
