I’m extremely pleased with the service Tenesha (sales lead) offered me. I walked in the store the first time on Wednesday. Although I told her I was just browsing, she still offered great service. She help me find what I wasn’t looking for and by that I mean I had no intentions on buying. But her service was sooooo good she didn’t even have to persuade me to purchase anything. She saw me and just knew what I would like. The following day I went in to buy. I came in the store a little late and she didn’t get mad she just assisted me and also informed me that there had been a sale and I purchased even more than I intended. I see why she is your sales lead. I can go on and on about how I love her customer care but THANKS GIRL!!!!!!! I will definitely be back !!

Friendly staff. Michelle was very happy to help me with my purchase. I was in the store to buy a charm and I ended buying two pairs of earrings plus the charm but I got a free bangle because the special. Love pandora jewelry!!!!

I was acknowledged immediately upon entering the store and advised there would be a short wait. The wait was much shorter than expected and the two associates who helped me worked well together to ensure I got the items I wanted.
