Store manager was amazing! Really helped my niece feel excited about getting more charms and explaining how to care for it!

I didn’t expect to make a purchase but the rep was very friendly and made suggestions and I found something that I really wanted. Very good customer service.

As soon as I walked in all the employees welcomed me. I was helped immediately and Susanna was amazing.She knew exactly what I was looking for and they didn’t have it but she showed me a charm I fell in love with more then the one I came to look for.

Great experience with the cashier

I originally came in the store to exchange a bracelet I had received for Christmas. The sales associate did inform me that since it was outside of the 30 day window for returns or exchanges I might not be able to do it. However, when she asked a manager they approved. The sales associate Imia was very helpful in helping me find another bracelet that was perfect for me. I was turned off upon first entering because there were a group of associates just standing around talking but never acknowledged me. Imia at the time was working with another customer. After working with that customer she was the one who acknowledged me and helped me.

They were fast and efficient. It was also such a good deal for a bracelet and 3 charms. I would definitely go to this location again since it was clean.
