Friendly sales associates. That’s a big deal nowadays. They made you feel welcomed to be in the store. There were other customers in the store, too. And each one was (attentively) being helped by someone. Great staff!!

Sales Associate named “jj” was very rude and weird acting towards us while shopping and made snarky remarks during the entire transaction. treating us like we shouldn’t be there

My sales associate Susanna was super knowledgeable and friendly! The Store Manager was also helpful and professional! They helped me with my purchase and I definitely will recommend this Pandora location to all my friends!! The vibe through the store and staff was welcoming!! Love it!!

I’m highly satisfied with my pandora experience for the following reasons. The attention was fast and friendly. Samira, whom helped me. showed me her expertise letting me know what was the best option for me to buy. Also she was so polite and encouraged that I went for one charm and I bought more that. If you buy in pandora store you would not regret.

The staff and manager were very excited to see the amount of bracelets and charms I had. They had never seen a customer with as many Pandora’s on at one time as I had on. So much so, I was asked if I wouldn’t mind if they took a picture of me with my collection and said I should be a model for Pandora.

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and was asked if I needed help. I knew what I wanted but didn't know exactly what style. She showed me a large selection of clips. Again didn't know what style I was looking for. She was very helpful and showed me a number of different styles until I finally found exactly what I was looking for.
