I wasn’t sure at all what i was looking for only that i wanted a ring. The sales associate narrower down my style and sizing and made my purchase very comfortable like i was was having a conversation with someone i had previously known. I had ended up buying two rings because of the look of my ring set I already had and it had made my “collection” a lot better. I highly enjoyed my time and would definitely go back again.

Prompt service and all products were available. Associate cleaned my bracelet very happily.

The employee was friendly. The employe suggested good charms. She wasn’t rushed at all.

We have been to the store several time. This is our second interaction with Olivia in the past two weeks and we can’t commend her professionalism enough. She is so friendly and helped my daughter and I pick super cute pieces.

Went into the store just by curiosity and to my experience it was worthwhile going in. Saw the ad for the bracelet and started choosing what I would like on it…..the staff approached me immediately when I came in and it felt welcoming.

It's was a week before Christmas, lines were long. Lines moved fast, yet when we went in we did not feel like the sales person was overwhelmed or was rushing us out . She was able to answer questions and was knowledgeable about everything.

The store was very crowded when I got there, but there weren't many associates working at the time. The manager then cleared the store and asked everyone to wait outside the store and they would be allowed in as an associate was available. Was able to get individual attention when it was my turn. Service was quick and professional.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase! The sales associate was amazing! I needed a new bracelet for my mom. She is disabled and her pink leather bracelet broke because she could not take it off herself so she wore it all the time. So for Christmas I was hoping to find something easy she can put on and off herself. The associate really listened to my needs and showed me a few options. I was so relieved because my mom loves wearing her charms they mean a lot to her.
