My daughter and I came in for a simple bracelet opener, there weren't any available for sale at the time, but we were reassured a supply was coming in. The sales associate, Olivia took her time to show me some items that looked interesting. She sized my wrist, helped me try on several bracelets, showed me different charms and I know took up a lot of her time. From this interaction I wound up becoming an owner of some items from the gold collection. She did provide great customer service. A lot of people in retail these days don't show that they value customers and I feel that she did.

This store had a lot of merchandise to choose from and the employees were very helpful.
