Salesman, Kevin, was extremely attentive to me while finishing my purchases. I needed to hide them from my family members (who were with me waiting outside the store) and he assisted me in hiding them in previous purchases I made in other stores. Keep in mind during the holiday season you might want to think about your bags rather than have your customers have to come back a second time or purchase online.

I showed the associate the item I wanted and they got it really quick. I love my product and the price was very reasonable.

Had my bracelets and rings cleaned. Sales person was quick to inventory my bracelets. Jewelry was cleaned and returned to me in 1/2 hour.

I walked in earlier that day and grab a book so I can see everything that was there and pick out just what I needed. When I went back on my lunch break I was quickly helped and also wasn't sure on the ring size of my girlfriend but I just so happen to wear rings myself . The woman who helped me sized my ring and then picked out the ring size that best fit. With her knowledge of jewelry she noticed my ring was of different sharp and style as the one I was picking out of my girlfriend n recommend the right size for the that ring . if it wasn't for her and her knowledge of jewelry beyond Pandora jewelry I would have picked the wrong size . It was a 1 year anniversary gift so I'm glad it fit and the ring was wearable on the day of . Thank you
