Kelsey at the lake Grove mall took care of me on a large order and explained evertything about the bracelets, the charms, and was very helfpful and patient with all of my questions. The store was also having a promotion which I was not aware of and because of Kelsey, I came in for 2 bracelets and left with 7! Christmas shopping done! So happy

This particular visit to the Pandora store was highly satisfying because they had minimal waiting since it was the night before Thanksgiving and I love that the sale started before Thanksgiving!!! I also thought the sales associate, Kevin, was very knowledgeable about the products, and he offered good selections that would look beautiful on a bracelet. I was very happy that all the charms I was looking for were also available and they were so beautiful and intricate in their detail! Very gorgeous and eye catching holiday charms this season!!!

The associtaes helped in making decisions on what was right for our grandchildren!

I already knew what i wanted so it was easy finding it. And the salesperson Brianna was super sweet and friendly. Felt like I was talking with a friend rather than just making a purchase.
