Kelsey was very helpful and patient with my husband and I. I can be very challenging when it come to spending money on myself. She helped us complete our bracelet with ease and fun. I never felt pressured to buy anything. She reassured me if I was uncertain with my purchase, I can always return to Pandora to change it around. She made my shopping experience fun. I called on phone to hold 2rings I saw online. I entered the store which was packed with customers . I was told to go directly to the register to pick up. I waited 10 minutes and was rung up by friendly associate. Mission completed.
