My exchange was easy. The associate was extremely helpful and helped me with a new selection which was absolutely beautiful. She introduced me to a new line of products. I had been buying only charms, she showed me the stackable rings, and I love them!

It was very busy, however, the store was well organized. The staff worked efficiently together.

The service was excellent, the workers were very friendly and helpful. Will come back soon.

I went in looking to exchange the size of a bracelet. The line went fast and the sales associate was very helpful. I was in, did the exchange, and left within 10min. Very quick and I was able to leave with what I wanted.

Great service

The mall was packed but the employees had a good plan to get people in and to associates without overcrowding store and took what looked like from the outside an intimidating process to a very streamlined and comfortable experience.

When entering the store it was quite a line,it did move pretty quickly. The sales girl was helpful And very social. All went smoothly...thank you
