I walked in to buy my best friend a ring for her birthday I told the worker what I was looking for and she knew right away what I was talking about I even got my ring cleaned and polished and the whole process was very fast they were all very helpful and knew what they were doing. highly satisfied!!

This is the 2nd bracelet I buy from the Smith have store and the salesperson have always been very nice and helpful

The Pandora store that i go to has a unique and nice setting / store and the jewelry they have is very beautiful to me. The store is very nice and clean i just love it all.

Not only was the sales associate very friendly but she was enthusiastic to show us several ideas for a purchase we made during this visit. We stated that two charms that we had purchased seven months ago had broken and they exchanged them gladly. Great service!!!!
