Kelsey helped me during my visit to Pandora yesterday. In addition to being friendly and kind, she was incredibly knowledgable about the products she showed me. I was looking to buy a small gift for myself for my upcoming birthday and she showed me plenty of options; when I finally decided on my purchase, she showed me the matching necklace and earrings that would go with the ring I picked out. I will definitely return to this location for any future Pandora purchases.

Sales associate restyled my pink leather bracelet. The original leather bracelet was too big so she gave me smaller one and restlyled the bracelet by adding charms.

My sales person was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to put together the vision I had in my mind. Store was extremely crowded and it was hard to move around.
