I visited the Pandora store in the Smithaven Mall on Carolyne was knowledgeable about inventory and was able to find the two charms I wanted very fast. I also purchased a bracelet and explained I needed one on the smaller side. Carolyne pulled out at least five bracelets in varying sizes and finishes and helped me choose what would work best after telling her about the person I was buying for. She was patient and kind and compared the size I originally wanted to the one she was wearing which is the one I ended up going with and I’m so happy I did because it fit her perfectly. I left very satisfied and was so happy to see the look on this girls face when she opened her present that night. I’m writing this review two days later because I’m still thinking about this interaction and I wanted to say a thank you to Carolyne for making my friends daughters 16th birthday so special. This was a birthday that wasn’t always guaranteed to her so it took me a long time to decide what I wanted to get her because I wanted it to be as special as her. Thank you so much for all you did for me.

Sales lady Fran was very helpful. She showed us all the charms for the marvel collection and different ways to arrange them on the bracelet.

Customer service was great. She helped quickly and offered options on what I was looking for. Another sales person asked if my person needed help. Very nice experience

I just received a bracelet as a company gift and one of the charms were lost. It happens to be a discontinued charm but fortunately for me this store has one single charm left
