I ordered the merchandise on the Phone- I asked the sales person to put it aside For me- Than I picked it up at the store!

I accomplished what I wanted (to change up a charm on an existing bracelet). I purchased a new bracelet with a charm and two spacers. The sales associate was lovely and very helpful.

In helping my young niece pick out a birthday present for herself, I noticed a charm that caught my eye for myself. After purchasing my niece's choice, a ring just like her big sisters have, which absolutely thrilled her.....I asked about the charm for myself. In conversation with Brianna, she inquired whether I had a certain other charm which was in the same family of charms that caught my eye. I didn't and was happy she told me and ended up buying more than just the one charm!! :-)

The prices were great and the quality of the merchandise was awesome. Overall I had a great time at pandora!
