Salesgirl was very friendly & knew a lot about the Pandora items I was interested in. She also showed me other options but there was no pressure to change my mind.

Taylor, the salesperson from the Smith Haven Mall store, was extremely kind, polite and helpful. Returning the merchandise and getting a smaller size of the ring was easy and a fast process. I'd certainly come back and shop more due to Taylor's kindness.

I spoke with Julia the evening before my visit and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. She put the items aside for me and I went into the store the following afternoon, as planned. I was well taken care of by Mikey who showed me all of the items I had chosen, wrapped everything perfectly and he could not have been any more accommodating. I will be back soon to hopefully buy myself something pretty for once! :)

Brianna the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. As a retired Sales Manager Of Talbots I was very impressed with her suggestive skills, her ability to provide alternative solutions and also sell the Pandora charge card. All things I trained my sales associates. She also involved her manager Fran at one point to provide buy in and show exceptional customer service. Fran was helpful and gave an additional suggestions to an issue I was having with a previous bracelet which I then purchased several clasps to provide a fabulous solution to be able to wear that bracelet! The other staff members were welcoming and very professional. This is a great store! I could have bought online. However, I chose to go to my local store to get advice and help. I will return again.
