The customer service was out standing. I was not looking to spend as much as I did but based off the service I received I didn’t mind going over my budget. I was made aware of polices I wasn’t aware of. I really had a great experience.

I went to Pandora to get a cleaning, which is free and amazing, and my jewelry came back shining like the day I bought it. I also noticed the sign in front of the cash register that promoted the cleaning kit. I got a chance to look through it and for $15 it was a steal! Now I dont have to wait 30 minutes for a cleaning if I'm in a rush!

It was easy. The sales clerk was knowledgeable. The ring was exactly what my wife wanted.

In all honesty, this was one of the best visits I have ever had to pandora, the associate was very helpful and had a vast knowledge of the collection I was looking for, she was able to direct me with picking the perfect fit and assist me with making the perfect selection to meet my needs. Overall one of the greatest, most individualized experiences I have ever had in the pandora smith haven store.

The employees greeted me as soon as I walked in with smiles. They quickly helped me pick the most beautiful necklace and pendant. I can be very picky and the sales woman was very quick to make suggestions based on what I described I was lookin for and I couldn’t be happier with our decision! Thank you for excellent service!

The store has a lovely display. The sales representative was extremely helpful and patient. While I had a bit of a wait to be helped she was kind and attentive as well as knowledgeable. She made my shopping experience very pleasant.
