I went to a Pandora the night before my actual purchase. My sales associate, Shaun, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient, showing me a variety of items. The item I picked was more than I wanted to spend, so Shaun advised me if a promotion that was starting the next day. He held my item until I retired the next day and I purchased what I originally picked out. Shaun also helped suggested a charm for my granddaughter's bracelet, remembering I mentioned the night before that I bought her a bracelet last Christmas. Wonderful sales associate who listens to the customer!

Drew was amazing! He helped me pick the charms that I explained I saw on your website and could not remember the names of, and he re-positioned everything on my bracelet so that it looks perfect with the additional four charms I purchased. I would definitely ask for him when I come again. The only thing I think needs to be addressed is that there is no sign in at the store and no one knows who is next to be helped. Due to the way the store is arranged, no one knows who is waiting and who they follow for help. Maybe the store can add a sign in somewhere and get more staff on weekend days when it is most busy.
