The salesperson was very helpful. The promotion of 35% off was wonderful! However it made shopping a little tricker, the wait was more than usual and the store was very crowded. I did still love the sale and made the purchase seem worth it!

I shopped Black Friday. They were very organized and handled the crowds well. They were prepared in giving out books for those on line waiting so you could look and see what you wanted before getting into the store. And they also were handing out water for anyone online. It was a breeze shopping that day.

The new pandora reflexions collection is very nice addition to my collections. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. And this black Friday sale of 35% was great!
