Adriana was wonderful. She showed me two bracelets to pick from the kind of closure I requested. Moved charms, polished both of my bracelets and added the new one. They were balanced and beautiful when done. The new bracelet was to hold five charms my husband gave me and she suggested putting beads to stop movement on either side. Very gald to have her get the bracelet to look and hang on my wrist perfectly.

My salesperson Adriana was so nice and helped me to learn how to use my new bracelet. I returned the bracelet bc it was too short and needed a bigger length and she said no problem . She helped me select a new clip (a heart) which I love and reminds me of my 3 year old granddaughter who bought me the bracelet as a birthday present .
