Gianna was very personable, she knows the product and the brand and made helpful suggestions for my purchase. She also cleaned some earrings I had brought in while I shopped and they were done very well and in a very efficient time frame. She wrapped my gifts and labelled the bottom of each one inconspicuously so that I knew which one was which. This store overall is the cleanest, neatest, most organized location I have been in. Our family are avid Pandora shoppers, I have four full bracelets and at least a dozen matching pairs of earrings. We have ornaments, rings, necklaces. I love this Lake Grove location and have found my only Pandora shop!

Staff was most patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure.

The sales girls were very helpful. They showed me what I asked for and then recommend something else that would fit my needs better and I was so happy with the recommendation. I left the store extremely happy.

Received help from an employee quickly upon entering the store. She helped me pick out the correct bracelet for me and showed me different ways I could wear it.

I was getting a gift for someone else, and the sales associate had a lot of different options for me for charms when I didn't have a specific one in mind. I was also reminded about the cleaning services, and was offered to have the Pandora necklace I was wearing cleaned despite my visit not having anything to do with my own jewelry.

Sales people are always friendly . The store was very clean. But you should get air conditioning in there. It was very warm in the store at Smithhaven mall . Otherwise it was a lovely experience .
