Pandora in Smith Haven has a very friendly and helpful staff. The manger Fran is most friendly and attentive. I always have a great experience when I visit the store.

The staff was very friendly and helpful without being annoying or pushy. They gladly showed me the pieces I wanted to see and suggested others without pressure to purchase. Very pleased.

Unlike the Huntington NY Pandora, Lake Grove was awonderful experience, The salesgirl was Amazing, courteous as well as knowledgeable. Up unitl this time I did not no Pandora was a Franchise. Huntington Pandora is horrible the girls are uninterested about the product as well as the customer. Will never returned to that particular store.

I came in for a new item from the new collection and it was valuable in stock and I purchased it and was happy to not have to special prefer anything. I enjoy looking and feeling item before purchasing this was helpful to me.
