My fiance and I walked in waited about 20 minutes and were not helped it was very busy i guess we went to another store and then came back and was helped right away by Julia she went out of her way and kept showing me all of my options. She even let me try on several different bracelets and several different sizes until the right one fit and she was very helpful with showing us the differences whether if one was easier to open and close, the price difference and showed us different accessories that would come in handy and look amazing. Finally she even found the exact charm I was looking for and I could not have had a better experience!

My salesperson was Julia R. No.156304. I spent about 2 1/2 hours in the store and Julia was very helpful. Talk about patience!! She arranged and rearranged the charms over & over again for me! She was always pleasant and helpful although I kept changing my mind! You have an excellent employee with Julia and clearly she is customer service driven! I had a great experience working with her. I would also like to say the manager Britney L number 192293 was also a pleasure. I brought in a broken bracelet and I offered to spend more and buy another and she allowed me to use that credit. Every retail store should have employees that have a worth ethic like Julia & Brittany!
