I love Pandora products. I was always skeptical about purchasing your products from other retailers because it was very hard to tell if the products were imitation or authentic. I feel much more comfortable when purchasing from a company owned store especially on such an expensive product. I find that a “big box” company will display Pandora products near or next to similar products (often lower quality) and it all gets mixed up so in the end the consumer isn’t sure about what they actually purchased in an attempt to save some money.

Under the circumstances I felt very safe and the associates did there best to accommodate my needs

The store was only allowing a certain number of guests inside the store. They were extremely curtious & professional & knowledgeable.

The quality is very appealing and beautiful.

The customer service was excellent and very well. The wait time wasn’t that long and took care of us quickly. The people where very nice and had a wide assortment of charms to choose from

The store was very clean and staff was attentive to any questions I had. I found all of the things I needed and even more I haven’t seen online, very happy with my visit especially during holiday season.
