I came in with an older bracelet that i wanted to fix up for my mom. Within minutes, Isaiah cleaned the bracelet and i shared the story behind the bracelet. He was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my requests and recommended different charms for me to add to the bracelet. I’m so excited to give a shiny clean bracelet back to my mom for her birthday.

The long line went rather quickly for the day after Christmas. Temperatures were checked and hand sanitizer was used for each person entering store. My only problem is that they didn’t make sure people on line were socially distanced. People behind us were moving right up the us and we kept on mentioning how everyone was getting too close & they didn’t take this very clear hint.

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I felt safe shopping there with the procedures they took to ensure the safety of the workers and the customers.

The waiting line outside the store was clearly marked and fast. An employee was constantly attending it, taking temperature and answering questions. There were hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store and every counter station was cleaned between customers. Gianna, the sales representative, was very attentive and efficient.
