My sales associate Carolina was extremely helpful. She really went out of her way to find this one particular ring I was trying to find for my daughter. She even checked to see if the ring in the display box was my daughter’s size. Not only was Carolina professional, she was also very kind with a approachable personality. Not once did I feel like I was bothering her. Please praise her for going out of her way to find the perfect ring for my daughter!!

Mackenzie was great and very helpful! I came in to shop for my mom for Valentine’s day and she helped me pick out perfect charms. I only came in for 1 charm and i left with 3 others. Very satisfied and will be asking for her for future shopping!

I was helped immediately upon entering the store by a friendly sales associate. All items I wanted were in stock when they were not in stock online. Salesperson knew exactly where the charms I wanted were and had good suggestions for additional charms.
