I purchased a pandora ring from another location and the size was wrong. I had to bring it back to another location since I purchased it on vacation. When I brought it into another store, I had to ask for the manager even though I had a receipt. The manager Fran came out and took good care of me and was easy to deal with. She took care of it immediately.

i bought a charm for my moms birthday and she loved it ! we also went back today to get her bracelet cleaned. i’m going back tomorrow to get her another fharm

The associate there named Sioel did an amazing job helping my sister and I pick out the perfect birthday gift. Sioel did was very thoughtful and made several on the spot matches to our favorite picks. He showed us a wide variety of jewelry and was very social which made shopping easier. Overall I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely be going back to Pandora in Smith Haven!
