Sioel was amazing with his help and knowledge. Frankly it was some of the best customer service I have received in person in any store. Customer service is definitely from Sioel would be the reason I would in particular return to this store for and purchases of Pandora products.

The young lady that help me she did an awesome job she recommended some charms that were better suited for work but occasion was her name is Jadaand she did a awesome job

My sales women Jennifer F was super friendly and gave such good suggestions for charms and rings when I stuck for on what to get for my friend for her birthday thank you for all your help!!!

Employees have good knowledge of the product and are very pleasant

Both associates were extremely friendly and were able to keep a conversation going. Was able to joke around with them, talk about stuff outside of my order like tv shows on streaming services. They were able to use that and was able to recommend multiple pieces for me to choose from.

My fiance and i come to pandora about once to twice a month. Today Yelitza and the manager were a big help with trying to figure out the issue with my ring.They cleaned my ring very nicely. I also purchased a charm. I came in looking to get a Disney one Yelitza showed me the engraved charm. i Purchased that and i engraved the front and back of charm!!! Which i loveee. The manager also realized a slight issue with a bracelet my fiance had recently bought.The one that a previous sales associate gave us was wayy to small. She offered to exchange it and my new bracelet feels much more comfortable. i was very pleased with my visit today. I will definitely be coming back.

I was so impressed with my sales associate Michele from the first time I was in the store, that I went back again few weeks later. Manager also was so friendly, and made me want to shop again. I’ll be in again in few weeks with my wife whom I had been purchasing for.

Long story short i was having trouble with my ring because the stone kept falling out and i just wanted to exchange it for something completely different because of all the issues i had with the ring. Fran and Victoria were great and customer serviced to the fullest. Me and my husband will definitely be back to get more merchandise there and we will be recommending our people there. Thank you guys for changing my opinion about pandora!

Kaneez and Yelizta were so welcoming and friendly and really made my daughters 10th birthday extra special and memorable!!
