I was upset when i asked the sales women for help she told me to go look in the display cases i already had looked around the store 2 times and could not find the in i needed that's why i asked her for help. she then proceeded to help someone who came in the store after me and help them. after they paid i then went up to her and told her again the ring i was looking for. she then went in the bottom case and pulled it out. i asked her where it was and if it was in the display case and she said. no it was in one of the draws,,, something that could have been helpful to me she had me in the store for another 10 mins . the product is beautiful the staff the day was not helpful at all.

As I walked up to the entrance to the store Lisa came right up to me and asked what she could help me with. She knew exactly what I wanted and presented it to me. When I was ready to pay for the charms she asked if I would be interested in applying for a Pandora charge card, I said yes as I didn't know it was available. I was approved, we concluded my sale ond very happily I exited the store to surely return soon!

Employee was amazing in helping pick a charms that match together. Overall was a friendly environment and will be coming back for more purchases
