My first time in a Pandora store was Christmas Eve in the morning. The store was run so efficiently. The person who helped me answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. I bought four bracelet sets and opened a credit card. They explained my VIP status it was a great experience! Beautiful products!

The store was clean there was a big selection to choose from. The lady that rang me up was super friendly and helpful. I am satisfied with the items I purchased and will be coming back soon.

The sales associate was incredible! I was looking for a specific gift set which you did not have but she manages to piece it together for me and honored the price of the gift set. Phenomenal customer service on her part. She deserves a raise!
