Went in to purchase a charm. Unfortunately there was no charm like what we had in mind and our wonderful sales associate helped us pick out a replacement. She was so helpful and knowledgeable we ended up buying 3 charms. Highly satisfied.

The sales assistant was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. She didn't rush me and showed me lots of options. The store was clean and appealing..very pretty. Originally, I was going to order online and just pick up there, but I like to hold the jewelry and even try it on. I was impressed.

I walked in with my bracelet that was given to me as a gift was highly destroyed. The bracelet was clean. I was giving a bag for the bracelet to carried it as my bracelet was getting clean. I started looking at the other merchandise beautiful, so I purchased something else.

This was my first experience with this Pandora store and Pandora in general and the sales person,Francesca, made it the most amazing first experience. Answered all my questions and she gave me very amazing suggestions. Highly highly recommend her and this store.

Customer service was great. The store manager helped me and she awesome. Very patient and gave me many options for what I was looking for. This is not my first time shopping at the store and all my experiences have been awesome.

Kia was so patient and show me many different charms, great, friendly and patient , sales person, although expensive the sales person made the experience a extremely pleasant one!

The salesperson, Ashley, took her time to show me several different bracelets. She is a true asset to Parndora.

Fran was very helpful by offering different charms that I would be interested in. She was also very polite, and not pushy. I will be returning to pandora, since customer service was good.
