Walked in and was greeted by Fran. She was friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. She presented outstanding customer service skills which made my visit so very pleasant. I came in for my pickup order of 3 charms and I ended up leaving with 5. She went above and beyond and got my wife Harry Potter charms which I thought were out of stock. I will only come to Smith Haven Mall Pandora to do business exclusively with Fran.

The sales lady (Kaneez W.) was highly knowledgeable of what she was doing. She explained everything about the Merchandise I was purchasing. She helped me make up my mind about what i was buying. She was awsome.
