I came into the store looking for a specific item that unfortunately was not in stock. But thanks to Lizbeth, I was able to get the new Disney 50th anniversary charm! I walked out with something equally as great as what I was looking for and I’m so happy!

Highly satisfied with product. In the past I had multiple bracelets two filled and others half filled and I still use them. My bracelets are with retired charms . Nice to get a modern look on the charms in rose gold..

The nice women came up to us, asked for my size showed me a bunch of rings that fit me and different styles and colors and was so patient when I was so indecisive on what to choose cuz everything was so pretty !

Jada, The sales associate that helped me was extremely attentive and helpful. She was swamped with customers and took the time to ask me what I needed help with- after I was ignored by other associates for several minutes. She made me a priority and was able to help me get the charm I needed for my friends birthday and get me out of the door quickly. She was wonderful and I will recommend her to anyone who wishes to purchase anything from Pandora at Smith Haven. The service Jada provided was the best I have received at any store in a very long time.
