At the Pandora in Lake Grove, the staff is impeccably courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition they are extremely patient. For some reason, in Pandora, people try a lot of product and spend a lot of time. I was there 2 days in a row.

The salesperson responded to the information I gave her. She guided me into making a wonderful choice for my friend. I asked about cleaning a bracelet and was able to sell me a cleaning kit. Combined these purchases made me happy.

Kaneez immediately came right up to help me out . She was mad nice and willing to help me even though I was probably her most obnoxious customer of her day . I bet . Sold me a sale of almost $200 . Definitely knows how to hustle but did not make me feel like I had too. Then I met Angie who was to literally listened to me ramble on about where I’m at in life and was given me tips about what I am going through. Working in retail is a hard job and they were nice from start to end. They certainly will remember me cause , I was there for a good while chatting it up with them. I hope this helps and or at least makes their day. Cause they were amazing .

The salesgirl was very friendly and by speaking to my granddaughter knew exactly what she would like. All in all she is an asset to your company!

Quickly waited on, had merchandise I was looking for available.

Store was organized clean and well lite. The sales person waits and concentrates on you while you are shopping in the store and is patient while trying out different jewelry when unsure of your purchase. The sales person checked and inspected the item before presenting it to us which I thought was nice.
