She helped me process my return and put on me on a waiting list for the new Marvel Infinity Stones ring without me having to inquire. She is an incredible woman and deserves to be recognized for all her hard work! Thank you, Fran!! :) And a note to Pandora Corporate or whoever's responsible for the sizing of this Marvel collection; do better! Making the largest size a 9 for this ring is inexcusable! Not everyone has twigs for fingers...

They had exactly what I went in for,the employee Kaneez who assisted my husband and I was simply amazing, she was professional, kind and very helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service received from the very sweet and pleasant sales representative Haley. She greeted us with a big smile and right away we knew we were in excellent hands. Haley was extremely helpful in showing us Pandora charms, bracelets and necklaces and ways to set up each of them in a stylish way. We bought so much because everything she showed us matched perfectly together. Haley was so pleasant, helpful and understanding during this time. She offered suggestions on jewelry, gave us the time to decide, explained the Pandora policy and also showed us the catalog of some upcoming jewelry items in the Summer line. That was excellent because we will be back to buy more and will 100% request for Haley to be our sales representative. She also explained and enrolled us in the Pandora Club, wrapped our purchases beautifully and took the time at the end of the sale to thank us for making a purchase and that she enjoyed helping us. Meeting Haley was truly a pleasure and she is certainly an asset to the Pandora store and company. Kudos, GREAT job!
