Well I'm dissatisfied with the company, do to the fact y'all don't give law enforcement discounts. Maybe the company should hire your own security that way when someone goes to rob your store y'all don't have to depend on police. It took you guys how many years to come up with a police charm and all y'all did with that was mold silver and put spray paint on it I honestly expected better from your company. My wife loves the bracelet but come on with the nonsense. Do better.

I called before I got to the store to make sure they had the item that I wanted, I was told they did and they were going to out it on hold for me. I got there within two hours of the phone call to find out that they had one of the three items. I was given an apology and then showed other items (which were all full price) where as the items I wanted one was on sale and the other full price. Every time I asked a question the sales lady then had to wait to ask another sales lady the question since she didn't know the answer. Then to top it off I waited 25 minutes for a register to become available. Next time I want pandora I am going to Jared. This store was HORRIBLE

I sent feedback earlier, but I shopped at the mall in Bay Shore, NY last night. The workers there are always very rude and don't seem knowledgeable about the merchandise at all. Didn't greet me and the store wasn't even busy. I had to wait to be helped (about 15 minutes). Lady who helped me had a sour expression and kept cutting me off and abruptly asking questions and only giving yes or no answers. When I asked to look at rings she just threw the tray on the table and said: "here these are all in your size." She picked her nails and kept looking away, clearly bored.

I felt the sales representatives were very phony and too pushy. I was very tempted to leave and go elsewhere. I found what I wanted and they kept trying to push other merchandise on me. I felt it was rude. I said I wanted to make my purchase and they didn't let up. They kept wanting to show other items that I was not interested in. I will never go back there again. Next time I will order online.

I has made several large purchases recently at Pandora. I wanted to return an item so I brought the item and my original sales receipt and the managers refused to give me a refund to my Pandora card, they only offered me store credit. Being dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving at Pandora, I have since closed my Pandora account and will no longer be shopping there.

One of your saleswoman(skinny one) was extremely rude to us. 1) Ignored us when we first stepped in your store. Maybe she was just really tired of doing her job to people who look really cheap to her? 2) While I was paying at the cashier, my husband was a bit in the way for the second cashier line. The rude saleswoman did not even try to play nice and told my husband "to scoot over please" with a arrogant cold face. Her arrogant attitude made us feel that we are not welcomed to spend our money at Pandora.
