Supervisor wasn’t helpful at all when it came to a return. If I pay in cash my return should be cash, not a check that can take 30days. Very unacceptable.

In store the employee was since & helpful. I was in the store for about 5 minutes. Cleanliness & the store even took my temperature before entering

I was buying a charm for my friends birthday waited in line for about 10 min. Looked in a book for selection while in line and couldn’t really decide. When we got to the sales person. She was very short with us, didn’t look at us and I felt like we were rushed and had to pick something bc it was like she didn’t want to help us. My friend had to ask her if she was having a bad day bc it was very obvious she had an attitude. Made me feel very uncomfortable. After my friend questioned her about her attitude she did apologize but still felt like she was bothered with us.

The store Manager for this location is horrible she is so unprofessional, she is nasty and condescending! She spread everyon out who was on the like by yelling then tells her new hire you need to pay more attention or they will close my store ..... can you handle that? She was embarrassed and I felt for her. Not to mention I've had an issue with her myself! Its sad because my daughter loves Pandora but I avoided coming to this location as much as possible.

Was originally turned away for an exchange or store credit. Called the store later on and was told i would have no problem exchanging the items or getting store credit. when I went there and asked the same person who answered the phone (Adriana) she played dumb like she didnt just answer the phone and say she would exchange the item, not too long after turning me away for the exact same thing. Very unprofessional.

Purchased items and noticed that charms were all scratched on both sides. Went back to store just to be told items come in that condition on a regular basis. I was shocked that an employee would tell me that. I almost wanted to return everything. Every charm I looked at had an issue. for the price I paid and saw other customers paying is not worth it.

I got to this Pandora at 9:40 am. I left at almost 10:30.2 sales girls and one wrapping. One of the clerks was helping the same customer for 45 minutes - 7 people on line waiting for help. Finally a 3rd sales person came in. THis is xmas season folks - time to add more payroll to your budget! It took me all of 5 minutes in the store to get what I needed. When I left there were 15+ people on line-at least an hour + wait. The LACK of help in this store (especially at holiday time) is DISRESPECTFUL to your customers. You have a nice product that is requested by family members but I would never wait on a line again for this amount of time. I'd shop elsewhere. I guess you have a choice - staff your stores and keep customers (very expensive to obtain) or disrespect us by understaffing stores, making us wait and lose customers. Happy Holidays and thank you for asking for my opinion. Hopefully you will listen to it as what I said was mirrored by most of the people on line with me. I'm just glad after that long wait they had the ring I needed in the size I needed! If not I would have been really upset and would never consider coming back

Sales associate was knowledgeable & friendly. She took her time with me & made me feel we welcomed. We are 3 generation Pandora family & we love our how we can share our journeys through our chains.

I spent over $100 dollars on every visit I have made to this store. I have made purchases for my daughter and friends. On this visit again I purchased for my daughter. When I was asking about product the saleslady immediately pulled a charm from right below where she was standing. I could understand that it was a March birthstone I was looking for and she had it right there which is great because it is probably what customers are looking for right now. After I made my decision I asked the lady to get me a new one not one that people had there hands all over because she keep showing it. she said it was new and refused to get me a new one, which I know they do from visiting the store on other occasions. then she asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag. Now I know in Suffolk county where I live the bag law states for environmental purposes must pay for plastic bags. but THE BAG is part of your stores marketing experience and the store manager got into a big fight with me and my friend who was shopping with me. She made us feel embarrassed and stupid and came out of the back waving a paper that she HAD TO PROVE to us the IRS sent it to her. How stupid of her to fight with me.
