The woman who attended me was rude. She didn't want to show me the merchandise and she didn't want to give me more options about what she had. She told me it's this or nothing. She was a black racist in smith haven mall

My husband called prior to going to ensure they had the necklace we wanted, they informed him they had 22 in the store. He asked if one could be held and they said they didn’t do that. We understood and went to the store approximately 2 hours later (we don’t live close). When he went to purchase it they said they couldn’t find one they could only find the set with the earrings, he told the associate he didn’t want that one as the person we were buying the backache for doesn’t have pierced ears, it would be a waste of the product. He told me the associate and another one “helped look for it” but they kept whispering and looking back at him but could not find one of the 22 necklaces they had. He ended up buying it anyway because we needed the necklace but I can guarantee we will never shop at this location again.

It’s absurd the amount of time you have to wait on line to be helped with at the store. once the sales associates came to me I told her I wanted store credit for an item that I wanted to exchange but due to lack of staff I just wanted store credit. The sales associate asked me if I wanted to look around but there wasn’t enough sell associates to help me out so I would still have to wait to purchase something. Very upset about the service at the Pandora in the Smith Haven Mall.

The individual who helped me was not friendly in the least bit. Luckily, I knew what I was looking for. However, I was open to suggestions and she was made aware of that. I would have bought more if she actually listened to me and spoke to find out my desires. If I didn’t know what I was looking for, the experience would have been worse. She was NOT pleasant and was definitely NOT happy to be there. It seemed more like a chore for her. I have not been in to a Pandora in a long time and I won’t return. I will stick to ordering online if need be.

I came to the store to see if they had the ring in my size I previously had purchased a size too big but it was the last one in stock. Finally they have my size 3 months later so I had the receipt and wanted to swap it out. The manager was extremely rude telling me she can give me store credit for half the amount and then re purchase it. The same item! After arguing with her she said she’ll give me 30% off but I need to buy the ring again. I felt like she was haggling me and it was absolutely rediculous!!

We bought a pendent and it turned black. The store tried to clean it but looked awful next to a new one. So they gave us another pendent. A few months later we had the same problem. The store manager told us to clean it more often, don’t wear it every day and store it in a tarnish free jewelry box. Not happening. After the manager cleaned the pendent several times it still looked awful next to a new pendent. The manager then swapped the black pendent out for another pendent. The quality the pendent was just junk in my opinion,

I am not satisfied with my pandora visit at all. We had bought something from pandora online and went to return the item but they would not let me get my money back. They were saying how we bought it online and we can’t get our money back in the store if we bought it online. Unbelievable!!!
