asked for a 60 and gave me a 52 so when my girlfriend tried it when i have it to her it did not fit and she had to go exchange it

I visited the store with my boyfriend for my birthday gift. There was at least 20 minuets wait time for assistance. Although, there were like 5 Sales Assistants and only 2 costumers. Some assistants were just organizing the display instead help us. After 20 minuets, we finally got a chance to speak with one of the sales assistant. I asked her the current promotion that i saw online. She wasn’t aware of it at all. At least, we were ready to pay, she charged me the wrong price for the items that I got. Lucky, i double check the price before i pay for it. The whole experience was terrible.

The customers were kept on line OUTSIDE the store where we were unable to browse the merchandise while we waited. I waited for 15 minutes on line. The sales associates were all ringing up customers with only one and at times two associates helping customers browse. I was there for a specific bracelet that I was going to purchase. I asked the associate taking names if she could help me by getting the bracelet I wanted and ringing me up but she said I had to wait on line. Absolutely ridiculous I had to wait for other shoppers to peruse the merchandise when I was ready to make a purchase. A huge waste of my time.

After spending 20 minutes waiting in line. I was being helped by a sales associate with a terrible attitude. She made me feel as though I has no right to be there and ask for things that were $100 or more. I constantly go to that location and they know me there so I was very taken back by her attitude and the faces she made when I expressed what I was looking for and what I wanted. She even deceived and trick me into buying something for $105 instead of $90 which is what I originally wanted. She made me feel as though I was stupid if I didn't buy what she wanted me to buy.

I purchased a ring as a gift and when i went to wrap it the ring was never put on the box, making me take another 1/2 hour trip in the rain to the store

the sales associates i was rushing us the all time complaining about being there giving me bad eyes i couldn’t finished my christmas shopping very sad with the service

What for? It did not do a darn thing when I called and complained about the staff and manager's attitude then what will it do now? I'm doing my part and telling all my friends and family about the crappy service from the staff at this store. I will never shop there again.

The item price was 55 and they charged me 65 then they didn't want to refund the difference claiming that the price had gone up. They also were very rude with me. Very disappointed.

I was trying to exchange a ring that my friend had bought me for a different size, but she happened to have lost the receipt. However, the sales associate, Jennifer F, told me that it was not possible. In the statement on a reference receipt, it says “Items with no receipt will receive a gift card for the lowest price during the life of the item.” She did not honor that and left me dissatisfied with my experience.
