I waited an exorbitant amount of time for assistance- they had 4 people ringing/bagging sales and only one person on the floor assisting customers. Multiple items that I purchased were out of stock with a promised delivery before Christmas and I was not notified when my items came in. No one answered the phone in the store for several days in a row, requiring me to physically come to the store to get a status on my order.

Associate Amanda (red hair, glasses) was very unprofessional. Seemed completely uninterested in providing quality customer service. Acted annoyed to have to help us. We arrived at the store to exchange a ring for a proper size. My daughter thought she would need a size 8, Amanda proceeded to make the exchange complete on her iPad. When my daughter said the eight is too large her comment was well I already processed The Exchange. I approached her and said well that's your problem now you're going to need to give us another size because this does not fit She seemed quite annoyed, did help us but with quite the attitude. Once we figured out the size she needed I asked Amanda what her name was, after that point her attitude changed and she treated us with a little bit more kindness. This is unacceptable and not the way to treat a customer. I will think twice about going back to that store

As it is i own far to much Pandora your New large jewelry box is not even big enough fit my collection with that said. I tell you this so you know i am in there often. But i went to the one section called last chance. The woman who was helping me had to look in a few books to find a price on said item i was quoted $150. I said ok and this went on .well when it rang up it jacked the price up to $175. Which is when she called the manager over she said well thats not this years book the woman told her it is not in this years book . I replied well if it is not in this yrs book and last yr shows for $150. I should then get it for $150. And they would not adjust.this has left a foul taste in my mouth . I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and this is how one is treated ! I was not asking for it for free just the last listed price in the book. So no i dont think i will be having my friends nor my husband going there for my Birthday ,Christmas or (i am transplant person)MY REBIRTHDAY.

I walk to the store to purchase earrings. I saw a pair that I liked and she could not give me a price on it, When she asked the other sales associate the woman said she didn’t know the price either. Neither one of your sales associate was too eager to make a sale. Then there’s the discrepancy on the price when I finally did find a price. They were in a sale section in gold. But the silver ones that were exactly like them were not on sale. I purchased Silver earrings. What is the matter the store. Extremely uncomfortable my ear is inflamed. They are going back today. And I will probably never go back to that store again. Thank you

Associate was rude, seemed lazy. And easily annoyed. I did have questions, however I didn’t want to feel like I annoyed her . I work in retail too I know I was polite. I bought 1 item I wanted to buy more but not from her . Also the lead or key holder was having a convo about the other staff,to the two sales girls on the floor while I was there. It was negative. And they shouldn’t do that when a customer is shopping or really ever. I just wanted leave . And went to other stores to shop.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. Never smiled and was rude. I will not be going to that pandora store again.

The employee kept switching up the charms on purpose and made it seem like I was in the wrong multiple times... this occurred about three times. Also, we didn’t receive our free jewlerey box for purchases over $150.

there was a sale at Pandora bought my three daughters beautiful rings from your store because you make beautiful merchandise. unfortunately the rings did not fit my girls.when returning I was given a sale associate with no experience, no one to help her and she did not know anything about any sale that was currently taking place.
