Didn’t realize u had to wait outside on line. Sales people were nervous that I went into store. I just wanted to look around. I knew what I wanted and the sales person stated gift for u or someone else. It was for a friend in Japan. After knowing it was just the dangle I wanted she couldn’t finish with me fast enough. Was told to wait outside the store, only 2 people were aloud in at a time but when I was able to go into the store a 3rd person was able to come in behind me. Was limited to what I wanted to look out & had to ask permission & get approval! Over all not happy with the experience & will not be returning there to purchase any Pandora items again.

The associate we had was very rude and she rolled her eyes quite a few times and acted as if she was bored and barely spoke up. She barely talked and made faces when we needed a different ring size.

To have 1 person on Saturday morning during Christmas is crazy! Waited close 50 min in line with only 2 customers in front of me!

With COVID going on they have you wait outside because of the limited space which is understandable. My boyfriend and I waited patiently for about 15 minutes then were told this person can help you. There was apparently only two people helping customers. I was not allowed to walk around or look at any of the jewelry I was told I must stand in a particular area which was very small and not to leave if I need something it would be brought to me. I was looking to buy a ring set, for my middle finger which Iv never bough rings for before. She did not size my finger and instead jammed a small ring around my knuckle then hurt me trying to take it off she didn’t ask what I wanted she just brought some stuff over but anything I saw in the catalog I liked they either didn’t have or she said “that’s a little expensive” mind you I came fully prepared to spend over $300 on a ring set she flat out insulted me by assuming I didn’t have the money to pay for a ring I wanted to try on. In the end I bought 1 ring because throughout the rest of the 30 minutes there she continued to be rude only showing me about 10 out of 150.

The associate was more of a used car salesman. Very Pushy. You can tell their sales are commission based. All the things I asked for weren’t in stock. Didn’t substitute for free gift item. I would rather purchase online then deal with the Smithhaven location!

I purchased 2 rings and the associate was trying to sell me a third I didn't want that and she keep insisting and recommended it again. I find that she was being pushy. She offered me a cleaning cloth which once i got home which is 45 minutes away that is was missing.

The sales associate was pushy on selling. Wasn’t listening to what i wanted . And kept pushing things I did not ask for. She was worse than a car salesman.

Ordering online was confusing. There was no option to pick up at the store. Called the store and they were unsure how to order online and pick up in the store. Because of all the confusion I ended up ordering online and only could have it delivered and then I had to call the store order in the store and go pick it up. Now I have two of the same orders and have to return one order when it gets delivered
